Information we collect

We collect information you choose to share with us, including:

• Your name, phone number, email address and preferred contact method.
• Details about your project, room dimensions, drawings, references, materials and budget if you share them.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or through a form on this website.
• Basic technical information that your browser or our hosting provider may process to serve the website, such as pages requested and the date and time of a request.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your project.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare quotations.
• To design, produce, deliver and install furniture and interior projects you ask us to undertake.
• To communicate with you about your project, including by WhatsApp or phone where you have asked us to.
• To operate, maintain and improve this website and our services.
• To comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Delivery, installation, production and professional service providers who help us complete your project.
• Payment providers, where a payment is made.
• Our professional advisers, insurers and auditors where necessary.

Our atelier is in Damietta, Egypt and some of our service providers may be located outside Qatar. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it.

WhatsApp and embedded maps

Our forms open a WhatsApp conversation with your message ready to send. When you use WhatsApp, your use is also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. This website embeds a map from OpenStreetMap; the map provider may receive technical information such as your IP address when the map loads.

We use first-party analytics to measure visits and improve the website.

Advertising measurement and cookies

We use the Snap Pixel to measure the performance of our Snapchat campaigns. Snap may receive technical information such as your IP address, pages viewed and actions taken, and may set cookies for measurement and advertising, subject to Snapchat’s privacy policy. You can manage personalised advertising in Snapchat or your browser settings; the website will continue to work.

Analytics and technical data

To improve the site and understand visitor intent, we record technical data such as IP address, approximate country from the network, device, browser and operating system, pages viewed, referring page, UTM campaign parameters, session duration and actions such as WhatsApp, call or form interactions. This data is stored on our own server, restricted to authorised staff and is not sold. Analytics data is retained for statistical and historical reporting and reviewed periodically. You may request deletion of analytics data associated with you at any time. Client and enquiry records may be kept for as long as needed for the project, warranty and legal obligations.

You can enable “Do Not Track” in your browser to stop analytics recording; contact forms, WhatsApp and calling still work. To request access to or deletion of analytics data, contact us using the details below.

How long we keep information

We keep project and enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, deliver the project and meet legal, accounting and warranty obligations. If you ask us to delete information and we are not required to keep it, we will do so within a reasonable period.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or ask us to stop contacting you for marketing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us.
